Ever wondered how your portable traffic lights are made?
We invite you to experience how traffic signals are made in our factory tours of the Pike Works and Hollco production facilities.
Our factory tours are an opportunity for you to learn about our business, see the process of building and repairing your lights and meet the people involved. Customers have also used factory tours for marketing and photography.
Whether you are looking to buy, an existing customer or you’ve placed and order and want to see your lights coming off the line we’d love to welcome you to the Pike Works or Hollco factories.
See how your lights are made in our best-in-class manufacturing facilities by our dedicated production teams!
Learn more information about TGS and what we are working on, and meet the people who make it happen!
Recording your lights come off the line is great for marketing, ideal for your website and social media!
The tours will take you to the assembly lines of the RadioConnect2 and Micro; here you will see the process of how each signal is built from the delivery of the components, assembly, configuration and finally the finished product!
Nothing leaves the site until it has been thoroughly tested by our skilled production team.
Let us know if you would like to collect your signals and our marketing manager will be happy to provide you with photography and summary article.
This can be a great way to announce your expanding fleet to your customers via your website and social media.
The Pike Works has a rich history of supplying traffic management products out of Birmingham. Our largest site, the Pike Works produce a wide range of portable, temporary and non-highway traffic signals along with trailers and stop-go boards.
Since late 2019 we have been significantly investing in the site, putting in a brand new production line and building facilities to develop new products and services.
The Hollco site is situated in the Cotswolds near our head office and is where we build the groundbreaking RadioConnect2. In 2019, a brand new production line was built to help us meet demand for our AutoGreen enabled products. Hollco is our most modern facility and has been welcoming customer visits since July 2019.
Tours are free of charge and refreshments will be provided. Please fill out the form below and our commercial team will be in touch to arrange a suitable day.
