Arkon Services was formed in 2016 to offer professional field support to Hollco and Pike Signals customers. With little promotion, the team and range of services has grown, to meet demand from customers looking for good value servicing, repairs and additional fleet on behalf of the manufacturer.
When we formed Traffic Group Signals in 2019, it became confusing for new and existing customers when buying services from TGS and having an Arkon Services Engineer and branded Arkon van arrive at the depot. By forming a new Support Division, customers can have confidence that they are getting quality support direct from the manufacturer, with an experienced team with unrivalled knowledge of new and existing products.
