Traffic Group Signals, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of portable and temporary traffic signal products, has bolstered its team with a new Technical Manager.
Jason Swan has been appointed Technical Manager – Professional Services and brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, providing a vital link between how schemes are designed and then deployed on site.
The newly created role at Traffic Group Signals ensures customers will benefit from Jason’s distinctive experience, offering a hybrid of both technical knowledge when it comes to the design of a scheme, coupled with the skills to deploy and project manage a site.
Jason will also be leading several new product and system developments, using feedback from direct customer engagements to ensure the new offerings complement the business’ existing best-in-class traffic management solutions.
Commenting on his appointment, Jason said: “I feel very privileged to be a new point of contact for our customers, working closely with them, from conception to deployment of the scheme, enlightening them with our array of market-leading technology and bespoke solutions we can provide.
“As part of this, my focus will also be on building personal customer relationships and being their first point of contact should any further technical support and guidance be required on site. I’m also excited to take on new product development challenges and add further to our market-leading portfolio of solutions.”
