A History of Design
Traffic Group Signals reputation is built on over 100 years of manufacturing innovation from Pike Signals and Hollco.
Quality is paramount throughout the Manufacturing process to produce a consistent and repeatable solution to meet our Customer requirements.
This is achieved through a shared Quality Management System across the group, with remote access enabled by our secure and modern IT infrastructure.
Manufacturing
Our UK based manufacturing capabilities are second to none, with a significant investment in lean manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency throughout.
This helps us meet the demand of customers whilst providing our production teams with a safe and comfortable working environment, enabling them to perform their best.

Testing
Public and operator safety is critical in the development of our products.
As such, all of our products and technologies undergo extensive factory and roadside acceptance testing before they are released from manufacturing.
Our sophisticated testing procedures and experienced technical department are well equipped to identify and resolve any issues, and also to support with continuous improvement activities.
Our Pike Works site has achieved Release Approval from VCA for trailer manufacture, which allows expertise to be shared across our manufacturing divisions.
The Future
Our mission is to deliver product solutions that make for safer, greener and more efficient roadworks environments.
The Pike Works has already achieved ISO9001:2015 Certification, with the remainder of the Group planned to achieve certification in 2021 through multi-site certification.
We are working on a range of products and technologies that allow greater connectivity, reliability and performance.
