Application
The RadioMaster Pedestrian Crossing Signal is traditionally the system of choice for longer running sites
The RadioMaster is the system of choice for longer running sites, capable of housing up to four high-capacity batteries. The design features an integrated transport handle and can be fitted with traffic or pedestrian signal heads and a range of controllers. RadioMaster has galvanised steel and riveted construction as standard, and can be custom painted to suit customer brand colours.
When fitted with the Evo PT5 controller, the RadioMaster can be used to install a temporary pedestrian crossing, ideal for urban roadworks and crossing replacement schemes.
The flagship portable signal controller in the EVO® range, the EVO® PT5 provides up to 5 vehicle phases and 4 pedestrian crossing points. With a simple, easy to follow operator panel the PT5 is quick to set up for both vehicle and pedestrian operation.
The rugged, 2-aspect pedestrian signal head features a one-piece design in UV-stable polyethylene and is built to withstand the elements. Our optics are the very latest LED low-energy design and are capable of automatic dimming and current monitoring to achieve longer runtimes.
The high quality LED ‘WAIT’ indicator can be optionally fitted with a RADIX® tactile and/or audible sounder to assist the deaf, blind and partially-sighted community.
We recommend the RadioMaster Pedestrian Crossing Signal with Evo PT5 controller to anyone looking for a portable traffic light that can stay out on the road for up to 2 weeks and can be used as a master for complex works.
